NIMA GUTTER PAVEMENT ROAD OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE

NIMA GUTTER PAVEMENT PROJECT COMPLETED ON WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER,2026 The long-awaited pavement construction at Nima Gutter has been completed and officially opened to the public and road users. Hon. Abdul Ganiyu Ibrahim, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ayawaso East Municipal Assembly, together with Hon. Ahmed Baba Jamal, Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayawaso East Constituency, Assembly Members and residents, inspected the completed project and officially opened it for public use. Hon. Abdul Ganiyu Ibrahim expressed appreciation to Hon. Ahmed Baba Jamal for his advocacy and efforts towards making the project a reality, while Hon. Ahmed Baba Jamal commended the MCE for his hands-on leadership, close supervision and commitment to ensuring quality work from the beginning to completion. Hon. Ahmed Baba Jamal further described Hon. Abdul Ganiyu Ibrahim as the best-performing MCE in Ghana at present, citing his commitment to development and the welfare of residents. He also expressed appreciation to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, and Hon. Kwame Governs Agbodza, Minister for Roads and Highways, for their support in making the project possible. Another important development milestone delivered for the people of Ayawaso East.
